Stout Season Returns: Black Ram, Plum Pudding & Velvet Chocolate Stout
As the nights draw in and the air turns crisp, stout season has officially arrived at Ramsbury Brewery and this year, we’re bringing you three indulgent brews to warm up your winter. These small-batch, handcrafted stouts are now available to buy in mini kegs online and in-store.
Black Ram – Milk Stout (Same Great Taste, New Name)
Winter wouldn’t be complete without our infamous milk stout. Black Ram delivers everything you loved about the original: rich malt, chocolate and caramel notes, balanced by a gentle sweetness and a satisfyingly smooth finish.
Silky, moreish, and full-bodied, this premium stout is the perfect choice for anyone who loves a classic, creamy dark beer with depth and character.
Velvet Chocolate Stout
Our Velvet Chocolate Stout is a smooth, sweet twist on our classic stout, blending creamy cocoa with gently roasted malt, creating a decadent, velvety finish that’s impossible to resist.
Full-bodied, indulgent, and perfectly balanced, Velvet Chocolate is made for those who appreciate rich, chocolatey stouts and a little winter indulgence in their glass.
Plum Pudding Stout
Back by popular demand – Plum Pudding Stout makes its triumphant return for 2026. This celebrated seasonal favourite is bursting with dark fruit and plum notes, balanced by a creamy body and subtle sweet finish.
Rich, comforting, and unmistakably festive, Plum Pudding is the perfect winter stout for cosy evenings or Christmas celebrations.
