Be transported to a winters day on the Ramsbury Estate in Wiltshire in our cosy snow globes, where you can enjoy Ramsbury Single Estate Gin and Vodka cocktails, alongside a mouthwatering three course set dining menu. Or you can cosy up around fire pits with unlimited raclette and toast-your-own s’mores.

We sow, grow and distil the primary ingredients ourselves, monitoring each step from planting and growing, to harvesting and distilling. Ingredients:
50ml Ramsbury Single Estate Gin
60ml Hot Water
20ml Lemon Juice
20ml Monin Cinnamon Syrup
5ml Honey
Garnish: Slice of lemon and star anise
Method:
Add all of the ingredients, apart from the water, into a heat proof glass.
Top with hot water and stir until all the ingredients have dissolved.
Garnish with a slice of lemon and star anise.

For those 'cosy' nights in... our Hay Baye-lys 🥛 🍫
Ingredients (to serve 7):
350ml Ramsbury Single Estate Vodka
250ml single cream
1x 397g/14oz tin condensed milk
20ml chocolate sauce
1 tsp vanilla essence
15ml amaretto
Pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg
Method:
Sterilise the bottles for the liqueur.
Pour all the ingredients into a blender and blend on high for 30 seconds. Add extra chocolate to taste.
Pour into sterilised bottles and store in the fridge. (The liqueur will keep for up to two months.) Shake well before using.
Serve by pouring over ice.

Ingredients:
35ml Ramsbury Single Estate Gin
25ml Clementine juice (or 3 wedges of clementine)
10ml Sugar syrup
10ml Lemon juice
Top with English Sparkling (or Champagne)
Sugar & Cinnamon Spice rim
Method:
Prepare the flute by rolling the rim of the flute in lemon juice followed by a blend of cinnamon powder and white caster sugar.
Add all ingredients (except English Sparkling) to a cocktail shaker.
Shake with ice and strain in to flute.
Top with English Sparkling.

50ml Ramsbury Single Estate Gin
100ml Tomato Juice
10ml Sherry
5ml Pickled Onion Brine
Pinch of sea salt
10 dashes of Worcestershire sauce
5 dashes of hot sauce
Garnish: Rosemary sprig, basil leaf and a slice of chilli
Method:
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
Use a roll technique (rotate the tins over and over) several times to create dilution.
Pour in to a glass filled with fresh ice cubes.
Garnish and enjoy!

One of our favourites- Rams' Bees Knees 🐝 🍋 and here is how to make yours:
Ingredients
50ml Ramsbury Single Estate Gin
15ml Lemon juice
10ml Ginger Liqueur
10ml Ramsbury Estate honey syrup
Lemon disc
Method:
Make the honey syrup by adding equal parts of honey and water to a small saucepan and heat until the honey has completely dissolved. Cool before using.
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
Shake and fine strain into a chilled glass.
Garnish with a lemon disc and for that sweet finish, drizzle with honey.

15ml Lustau vermouth
10ml Pickled onion brine
5ml Cornichons brine
