Introducing Red Kite: Our New Premium British Lager Takes Flight

We’re thrilled to announce the launch of Red Kite, the newest addition to the Ramsbury Brewery lineup – and one we’re incredibly proud of.

For years, fans of our beers have enjoyed Red Ram, our characterful craft lager with plenty of personality. But as our range continues to grow, we wanted to create something that embodies the classic qualities of a true British lager: clean, crisp, refreshing, and beautifully balanced. The result is Red Kite.

Why We Brewed Red Kite

Our countryside is often graced by the elegant flight of the red kite – a bird that, much like our new lager, is light, refined, and unmistakably British. Taking inspiration from this, we set out to brew a lager that celebrates simplicity done well.

Red Ram has always been a favourite, but it sits firmly in the craft-lager category. With Red Kite, we return to tradition. Brewed with lager malt and Perle hops, it delivers a gentler, more classic profile while still carrying the quality you expect from Ramsbury.

The result is a lager that feels familiar yet fresh – the perfect “proper pint” for any occasion.

How Red Kite Tastes

Red Kite is brewed for drinkability. It’s:
