July 24 - 2024Ramsbury Distillery have introduced the latest seasonal addition to their award-winning portfolio – Ramsbury Lemon Balm Gin. This vibrant and vivacious spirit is a London Dry Gin like no other; the classic award-winning London Dry Gin botanicals with the freshest Lemon Balm grown on their Wiltshire Estate result in a well-balanced and elevated burst of citrus in time for the British summer. Fresh lemon balm leaves are harvested directly from the Ramsbury Distillery garden and steeped overnight in the still with 12 other botanicals from their award-winning London Dry Gin recipe using the highest quality neutral spirit, made using winter wheat cultivated on the picturesque Ramsbury Estate. The Gin is then distilled in the traditional way keeping only the heart of the distillation which is hand cut by the distillers. This gives a stunning, bright and fresh citrus forward gin perfect for any occasion.

March 2024 - The award-winning grain-to-glass London Dry gin will be stocked across 299 Sainsbury's stores throughout the UK from Mother’s Day, Sunday 10th March 2024. 

Ramsbury, the makers of extraordinary spirits lovingly handcrafted in the Wiltshire countryside, has secured a listing in Sainsbury’s for their multi-award-winning Ramsbury Gin (40%). Showcasing the finest British produce with minimal environmental impact, the London Dry gin will be launching into 299 stores across the UK from Mother’s Day, 10th March 2024.

Ramsbury’s Gin is a London Dry Gin with a modern twist, a true expression of innovation and tradition. Marrying Ramsbury’s passion for sustainability, farming and incredible products, their decorated gin now has support from another major UK retailer following their launch into Waitrose in 2021, expanding the brand’s presence within the UK.

December 2023 - The Ramsbury event bar is back on tour.  Ramsbury will be serving gin and vodka cocktails throughout December from a beautiful immersive, digital experience space just across the road from Tottenham Court Road Underground Station on Charing Cross Road. If you are in London come and visit us and enjoy an espresso martini or passionfruit martini with friends and family.

October 2023 - Set for success after partnering with the Liquor Control Board of Ontario.

Ramsbury has secured a partnership with the Liquor Control Board of Ontario (LCBO), with their gin. 

It’s no easy feat securing a listing with the LCBO – particularly when competing in the highly saturated gin category. This success from Ramsbury demonstrates the brand’s commitment to crafting a gin that combines both traditional distillation methods and creative, modern flair. 

Furthermore, Ramsbury’s gin and vodka is heading to British Columbia and Albert, as the brand pursues its international expansion plans. 

 

September 13 - 2023

October 2023 - Ramsbury exhibit at Bar Convent Berlin

Ramsbury for the first time were at Bar Convent Berlin serving delicious cocktails across the three days and showcasing their sustainable, British, Single Estate products. Ramsbury partnered with Lab 22 and a Bar Called Gemma to serve a Wiltshire Martini, Épernay 75, Damson in Distress and Meadowsweet cocktails. 

Lab22 (Cardiff)-  a cosy cocktail bar in Cardiff’s bustling city centre, it has been at the forefront of the Welsh capital’s cocktail scene for years. Best known for its innovative cocktail menus, excellent hospitality, and showcasing of local produce, Lab 22 combines the warm and welcoming atmosphere of your local pub with some of the best cocktails Wales and the UK have to offer.

A Bar Called Gemma (Stockholm) -Set in an old café, it’s charged with a sense of bonhomie. Don’t expect to see any eponymous Gemma at the shaker, the name’s acronymic, outlining the bar’s key approaches – in short, generosity of spirit and shared knowledge, artisan craftsmanship, zero-waste (“cherish every drop of nectar, herb and spirit”) and providing sanctuary for any occasion.

Complementing the new platform, a surprising advert, 'The Unlikely Bartender'. The captivating short film tells a tale of the most unlikely of bartenders… Set in a glamorous hotel, the whimsical narrative takes audiences on a journey through playful creativity and mystery, highlighting that Ramsbury Single Estate Spirits are ‘never out of place’. August 2023 - Ramsbury was delighted to sponsor this year’s Valley Fest, the award-winning, music and food event that takes place alongside Chew Valley Lake, near Bristol. In true British fashion, rain did make an appearance but this did not stop visitors enjoying the Somerset style and sizzle with Ramsbury cocktails whilst taking in the spectacular view.

July 2023 - Ramsbury was delighted to sponsor this year’s Savour Festival, a celebration of delicious food and drink in the heart of Chelsea. Visitors enjoyed Ramsbury spritzers, martinis and tonics (not together, mind you) while lounging in deckchairs or challenging gravity with our life-sized Jenga. In true British fashion, rain did make an appearance. But lucky for us, it was the perfect opportunity to prove that Ramsbury drinks taste beautiful rain or shine. June 2023 - What a win!🥇Our Single Estate Vodka has been awarded *Best of Class Vodka* at San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
On Saturday, at the Top Shelf Gala Awards and Grand Tasting, we were so proud to win the best overall vodka, especially amongst such fantastic competition.

The SFWSC Judging Panel described our vodka as:
Clean, neutral, with pronounced citric notes on the nose. Smooth and viscous on the palate with distinctive lemon notes and hints of tropical fruits. Long sweet finish.

A huge congratulations to the team behind it all at Ramsbury Brewing & Distilling Company.

June 2023 - Junipalooza- Ramsbury Single Estate Spirits was part of the unique event at Tobacco dock showcasing and sampling their Single Estate Gin and Vodka. Attendees got to speak with the knowledgeable Ramsbury team about all things gin (and vodka) whilst learning all about the new gin school experience and the tours that the estate has to offer.

June 2023 - Cambridge Club Festival- Ramsbury Single Estate Spirits kicked off their summer of festivals at a very sunny and warm Cambridge Club Festival. The Ramsbury Farmhouse Event Bar was set up to serve delicious gin and vodka cocktails all weekend along with gin and vodka mixer serves on all the other bars. Visitors got to lounge in a Ramsbury deck chair with a cocktail in hand whilst watching the amazing acts on the main stage all weekend. 

 

May 15 - 2023

April 2023- Ramsbury Single Estate Vodka has won a double gold medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition as well as being a finalist for best in class, with results being announced in June. Ramsbury Vodka has also been awarded 92 points at at Tastings- Beverage Tasting Institute of Chicago, being described as a vibrant Vodka with a creamy mouth feel and a touch of savory herbs that has the gusto to stand up to cocktails.

Ramsbury Single Estate Gin has been awarded a silver medal at the SFWSC and also a gold and 92 points at Tastings- Beverage Tasting Institute of Chicago, where the gin was described as 'a very well executed distillation with a pleasing peppery and savoury element that makes this well positioned for use in apéritif style cocktails.'

April 05 - 2023

March 2023- IWSC Awards- Ramsbury Single Estate Gin earned a Silver Medal and 92 points at the prestigious IWSC Awards. The judges described the gin as an attractively complex gin, full of the aromatic essence of long forest walks. Positively zings with warming spice, fresh herbs and an evocative bite of hearty juniper at the finish. Also Ramsbury Single Estate Vodka earned a Bronze Medal and 85 points. 

March 03 - 2023

March 2023 - Ramsbury Single Estate Vodka wins the People's Choice Awards 2023. This year’s judging took place in London and Manchester and involved over 150 people – the majority being wine and spirits consumers who, for the first time, sat alongside professionals to assess all the drinks entered together. Our Ramsbury Single Estate Vodka won the People's Choice Award for the best Easy Weekday Vodka!

November 2022 - Ramsbury Single Estate Spirits has partnered with Jimmy's Pop Up this winter to create the Ramsbury Snow Globes and Fire and Fromage.

Fire and Fromage is a homage to that cosy, unbeatable mountain hospitality, bringing the true taste of mountain life to London, celebrating the best food The Alps has to offer whilst sitting around the fire pits.

Be transported to a winters day on the Ramsbury Estate in Wiltshire in our cosy snow globes, where you can enjoy Ramsbury Single Estate Gin and Vodka cocktails, alongside a mouthwatering three course set dining menu. Or you can cosy up around fire pits with unlimited raclette and toast-your-own s’mores.

Drinks on offer across the snow globes, lodge, cabana and walk-up bar include a Ramsbury Espresso Martini, Rams Passionfruit Martini, Winter Estate G&T, Candied Lemon Collins, Berry Mule and a Hot Gin and Cider Smash.

Pop up opens 3rd November – 7th January 2023.

September 2022 - Experience Ramsbury Single Estate Spirits in partnership with Rockwell at Cocktails in the City between the 8^th – 10^th September.

Cocktails in the City brings London's finest bars reimagined in pop-up form to the beautiful surroundings of a private Georgian garden. This year, Ramsbury Single Estate Spirits has teamed up with Rockwell to compliment the pop-up, with a beautiful floral stand and drinks that celebrate a true marriage of flavours synonymous with those found within countryside and the best seasonal produce.

You’ll get to experience Ramsbury Single Estate Gin and Vodka cocktails including the floral and velvety textured Spring Gardens, the refreshing Peach Blossom and the sweet and sour Buzzy like a Bee.

The event marks the start of a 2-year cocktail listing partnership with Rockwell Bar – a venue that emulates the Ramsbury ethos of innovation, sustainability and celebrating locality. From the late 1500s, the grounds of Rockwell were a Spring Garden; home to an array of wildflowers and botanicals, young saplings, and a place for locals to meet. Guests can experience a sumptuous escape from the city to indulge in an array of cocktails that span a realm of colour, textures, aromas and tastes at Rockwell.

May 2022 - You can now experience a slice of Ramsbury’s 19,000-acre countryside estate at the Ramsbury Riverside Retreat at Jimmy’s BBQ Club, on London’s Southbank.

The legendary BBQ Club pop up restaurant is back until 18th September 2022 and is bigger and better than ever. The ultimate 6-course BBQ menu will feature new drinks pairings, serving up delicious cocktails made with Ramsbury Single Estate Gin and Vodka stretching down the river front with guest chef takeovers, slow roast Sunday sessions and even more experimental BBQ cooking techniques throughout the summer. As well as the bookable BBQ Club experience, you can walk up to one of the two bars without a booking and escape the hustle and bustle of the city and sip on Ramsbury Single Estate cocktails whilst you soak up the (long awaited!) summer vibes in our outdoor cabana overlooking the Thames.

May 2022 - We are delighted to announce the launch of our new limited-edition Platinum Celebration Vodka for Queen Elizabeth II’s Platinum Jubilee. The perfect purchase for your bank holiday weekend celebrations or it would make an ideal gift or keepsake for those hosting their own special festivities.

The Limited Edition has been produced using Clare wheat, which was grown in 2015 and distilled in 2016. It was the last year Ramsbury Estate grew Clare wheat on the farm, which is why there is a very limited edition of only 500 bottles. The Clare wheat produces a much more clean and crisp sensation, with a smooth, soft biscuit finish. Whilst the current Ramsbury Single Estate Vodka, made with Horatio and Spotlight wheat, has a sweet and more buttery profile.

June 24 - 2022June 2022 - Ramsbury Single Estate Spirits showcased their event bar at Taste of London. The ram packed festival ran over a sunny 5 days from 15th-19th June, where Ramsbury Single Estate Spirits served up delicious cocktails including the refreshing Bees' Knees Slushie and the delicious Peach and Basil Collins. Customers got to experience the new event bar, which has been designed with the Ramsbury Estate in mind, using natural materials and textures, with added farmhouse luxury touches. Keep an eye out for future events where our event bar will be and come and take a seat at our bespoke seated bar area and enjoy sipping on Ramsbury Single Estate cocktails.

May 2022- SIP Awards- Ramsbury Single Estate Gin earned a prestigious Double Gold Medal and recognition as an outstanding international beverage in the category of gin, at the SIP Awards 2022.  Also for a second year in a row, Ramsbury Single Estate Gin earned an esteemed Consumer's Choice Award, a celebrated recognition for medalling in two consecutive years in the category of gin. 

June 24 - 2022March 2022 - Ramsbury Single Estate Vodka featured on ITV's This Morning in 'The top alternatives to Russian Vodka’, amongst 4 other vodkas. Positive reviews from all presenters who sampled it neat and in a Long Vodka cocktail, and highlighted Ramsbury’s winter wheat and single estate sustainable practices.

September 03 - 2021  Deriving from the Ramsbury Estate, which covers Wiltshire, Berkshire and Hampshire, this single-estate vodka is sustainably created as part of a closed-loop system.
