The wait is finally over – Ramsbury Sloe Gin returns after two years, handcrafted in small batches on our Wiltshire estate. This beautifully balanced gin is made using our award-winning Ramsbury Single Estate Gin, infused with hand-picked sloe berries for a rich, warming flavour.

Every drop reflects our sustainable approach: we grow our own winter wheat to distil the base spirit and use honey from our farm’s hives to bring natural depth and smoothness. The result is a luxuriously fruity gin with notes of dark plum, almond, and a delicate sweetness that lingers on the palate.

Perfect served neat on a crisp winter evening, topped with sparkling wine for a festive cocktail, or simply over ice with a splash of tonic.
