The process in creating the Single Estate Gin for our gin gift box is simple. Here at Ramsbury Brewery and Distillery, we believe that you can’t make great gin without first making great vodka. Our award-winning gin starts its journey on the estate as the finest quality wheat grown on the farm. We then distil it through our 43-plate copper still, creating a base spirit that gives our gin an incredibly smooth texture.
