Here’s everything you need to know before arriving at Rams Fest 2026.

A weekend packed with great beer, cocktails, live music, camping, food, and family-friendly entertainment.

Please note this is a ticketed event. We strongly recommend booking your tickets in advance, as only a limited number of tickets will be available on the gate.

WHAT TIME DO GATES OPEN?

Arrival & Entry

Friday 15th May

  • Camping opens from 15:00
  • Festival gates open from 17:00

Saturday 16th May

  • Festival gates open from 12:00

We encourage guests to arrive early on Saturday to support the fantastic rising star acts performing throughout the afternoon on our festival stage.

WHEN CAN I ARRIVE? CAN I BRING A CAR?

Camping Set-Up Times

    • Friday 15th May: 15:00 – 18:00
    • Saturday 16th May: Arrive by 11:00 latest

General Car Parking

Parking is available on site at Rams Fest, with allocated spaces in the festival car park.

We encourage guests to use our local bus services where possible, but you are welcome to drive if preferred.

If you plan to leave your car on site on Friday, please ensure that it is removed from our carpark by 10am Saturday 16th May. 

Disabled Parking

Blue Badge holders should speak to a member of staff on arrival for access to disabled parking.

WHAT ARE THE TRANSPORT OPTIONS?

Yes — local buses will be running from:

Ramsbury, Aldbourne, Swindon, Marlborough

Transport must be pre-booked ahead of the event – Book Here

This is a rural area, please ensure that you have arranged your journey to and from Ramsfest safely.

Drinks Being Served

Enjoy over 50 beers and ciders, alongside Ramsbury Gin and Vodka Cocktails.

Breweries and Cideries joining us include:  Werewolf Brewery, Drink Valley Swindon, Liquid Light Brewing, Rattler and many more! Click the button below to view the full beer list.

Ramsbury gin and vodka cocktails will be available throughout the festival.

Cocktails include: Lemon Drop Fizz, Elderflower Rickey and Hot Honey Paloma.

Drinks Prices

  • Beer & cider £4 per pint (2 tokens)
  • Beer & cider £2 per half pint (1 token)
  • Spirit & mixer — £6 (3 tokens)
  • Cocktails — £8 (4 tokens)
  • Beer Pitchers (Holds 2.5 pints) — £10 (5 tokens)
  • Canned Soft Drinks —  £2 (1 token)

 


Token Information

Bars will operate an eco-token system for fast service.

  • Each token is worth £2
  • Tokens can be purchased at the entrance gazebo, card payments preferred
  • One bar will also accept cash and card
  • Tokens are non-refundable

If you haven’t already, download the Untappd app so you can check in and rate the beers you try throughout the festival.

Can we pre-buy tokens?

No — tokens cannot be purchased in advance.

Can I Bring Food & Drink?

Unfortunately, we do not allow any external alcoholic beverages to be brought on site, but we do have a great range of reasonably priced beverages available to buy. There will be tap water available to drink at most of our bars.

 

We do allow a reasonable amount of food to be brought, we are just asking for no big picnic baskets etc, but also have 6 food suppliers on site if you would like any hot food.

Challenge 25 Policy

Rams Fest operates a Challenge 25 policy.

If you are lucky enough to look under 25, please bring valid photo ID with you to purchase alcohol.

Accepted forms of ID include:

  • Passport
  • Driving licence
  • PASS-approved ID card

Will There Be Toilets?

Yes — toilet facilities are available.

Is There Seating?

Yes — there will be limited picnic benches and long benches available around the festival site.

Heading to Rams Fest on Friday or Saturday night? You’re also very welcome to bring your own chairs along to relax and enjoy the music.

  • All chairs are brought at your own risk and remain your responsibility throughout the event
  • Our team may ask you to move chairs if they are placed in an area that affects safety or crowd flo

Do you have areas under cover?

Yes — there will be covered areas available on site for guests to use throughout the festival.

Dogs at Ramfest

Yes – well-behaved dogs on leads are welcome at Rams Fest.

Please keep in mind that the festival environment includes loud music, bright lights, and busy crowds, so please consider whether your dog will be comfortable in this environment.

  • Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs
  • Dogs disturbing the enjoyment of others may be asked to leave

Henry Farr will be serving breakfast on site on both Saturday and Sunday mornings, available from 10:00 – 12:00

CHILDREN & FAMILIES

Ramsfest welcomes well-behaved children and families.

  • Babes in arms attend free
  • Child-friendly activities will be available during the afternoon
  • Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times
  • Disruptive behaviour may result in families being asked to leave

Festival management accepts no responsibility for children. Guardians remain responsible at all times.

Festival Behaviour Policy

Ramsbury Brewing & Distilling reserve the right to remove anyone who disrupts the enjoyment of others.

Anyone removed from the festival:

  • Will not be permitted to re-enter
  • May be reported to the police if necessary
