RAMS FEST 2025 – TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Organised by Ramsbury Brewery & Distillery
- GENERAL INFORMATION
1.1. Rams Fest (“the Event”) will take place on June 6th and June 7th, 2025, at Ramsbury Brewery & Distillery (“the Organiser”). 1.2. By purchasing a ticket and attending the Event, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. 1.3. The Organiser reserves the right to make changes to the Event schedule, lineup, and venue layout without prior notice.
- TICKETS AND ENTRY
2.1. All attendees must present a valid ticket for entry. 2.2. Tickets are non-refundable except in cases of Event cancellation by the Organiser. 2.3. Tickets must not be resold for profit; doing so may result in cancellation without refund. 2.4. Entry is restricted to individuals aged 18 and over. Valid identification (passport, driver’s license, or government-issued ID) is required for entry. 2.5. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to any person deemed to be intoxicated, disorderly, or in breach of these Terms.
- BEHAVIOUR AND SAFETY
3.1. Attendees must drink responsibly and comply with all safety instructions provided by staff. 3.2. Anti-social, aggressive, or illegal behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the Event without refund. 3.3. No outside alcohol, illegal substances, or weapons are permitted. Bags may be searched upon entry. 3.4. The Organiser is not liable for any personal loss, injury, or damage to property while attending the Event.
- FOOD & DRINK
4.1. All food and drink must be purchased from Event vendors. 4.2. The Organiser encourages responsible drinking. Attendees who appear overly intoxicated may be refused service. 4.3. The Organiser reserves the right to change the list of available beverages and food vendors without notice. No external food or drink can be bought into the event.
- PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA
5.1. The Event will be photographed and filmed for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to being filmed or photographed. 5.2. If you do not wish to appear in media coverage, please inform the Event staff upon arrival.
- CANCELLATION & FORCE MAJEURE
6.1. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the Event due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to severe weather, government restrictions, or safety concerns. 6.2. In the event of cancellation by the Organiser, ticket holders will be entitled to a refund. 6.3. The Organiser is not responsible for travel or accommodation costs incurred due to cancellation or postponement.
- LIABILITY
7.1. Attendees participate at their own risk. The Organiser is not liable for any personal injury, illness, loss, or damage occurring during the Event, except where required by law. 7.2. Attendees are responsible for their own belongings. The Organiser accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen items.
