- Voucher Purchase
- Vouchers can only be purchased through Ramsbury’s official sales channels or approved partners.
- Upon purchase, the buyer will receive a unique voucher code. This code must be redeemed via the RamsFest online portal to obtain an official event ticket.
- Ramsbury is not responsible for any delay or failure in receiving voucher emails caused by incorrect contact details entered during purchase or by spam filtering.
- Voucher Redemption
- Each voucher code is valid for one official event ticket for RamsFest 2026, either for Friday or Saturday, as stated at purchase.
- Redemption must take place through the official RamsFest portal (link provided at purchase or on ramsbury.com/ramsfest).
- The voucher is not a ticket and cannot be used for event entry until successfully redeemed for an official RamsFest ticket.
- The redemption deadline is 30 April 2026. Unredeemed vouchers after this date will automatically expire and hold no value.
- Redemption is subject to ticket availability at the time of redemption.
- Lost, Stolen, or Misused Codes
- Ramsbury accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or shared voucher codes.
- Each code is unique and may only be redeemed once.
- Ramsbury reserves the right to invalidate any voucher that appears to have been copied, resold, or obtained fraudulently.
- Event Cancellation or Rescheduling
- If RamsFest 2026 is postponed, rescheduled, or relocated, all valid tickets will remain valid for the new date or venue.
- In the event of full cancellation (no reschedule), Ramsbury may, at its discretion, offer replacement vouchers or refunds for the voucher’s face value only.
- Ramsbury is not liable for any associated costs such as travel, accommodation, or other expenses incurred due to event changes.
- Non-Transferable / Non-Refundable
- Vouchers and tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- No cash alternative or partial credit will be provided
- Age Restriction
- RamsFest follows challenge 25 & Proof of age may be required at all our bars on site. Ramsbury reserves the right to refuse sale of alcohol to anyone unable to provide valid identification as per challenge 25
- Data Protection
- Personal data provided during the purchase and redemption process will be handled in accordance with Ramsbury’s Privacy Policy (ramsbury.com/privacy).
- Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
