Tickets
This is a ticketed event so please either bring your printed copy or have your ticket ready for scanning on entry ready to show at the entrance.
General
Can i bring my own chair? We will provide some seating but we encourage if you can to bring your own chair if you would / need to be seated
Weekend camping set up 1pm – 6pm on Friday 6th, contact events@ramsbury.com if you need a later set up time.
Sunday brunch!
Farrs catering will be serving up breakfasts from 7am on Sunday! Perfect if you are camping. Shop opens 10am.
Transport
Public transport operates from Marlborough, Hungerford & Swindon to the villages of Aldbourne & Ramsbury.
Tickets for Barnes coach transport from Hungerford, Aldbourne & Ramsbury has been organised with pick-ups and drop offs at Hungerford bus stop near The Bear, The Bell in Ramsbury & the bus shelter in Aldbourne.
Tickets are £5 return per seat, available to purchase online in advance via our website www.Ramsburyestates.co.uk
An updated and final transport timetable will be made available nearer the time.
Children
All our events at Ramsbury are family friendly and the festival welcomes well behaved children. There is no charge for babes in arms.
Some child friendly activities will be provided during the afternoon.
Please note children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. If your children are found to be disturbing the enjoyment of other festival goers, you may be asked to leave. The festival management take no responsibility for your children, parents/legal guardians remain responsible at all times.
Dogs
We are dog friendly too & our festival welcomes well behaved dogs on leads.
There is a track just outside the brewery & distillery grounds where dogs can be exercised and walked.
You are responsible for removing your dog’s waste.
If your dog is found to be disturbing the enjoyment of other festival visitors, we reserve the right to ask you to remove your dog from the site.
Drink
For speed of service our bars will be operating an eco-token payment system. Tokens are £2 each & can be purchased using a debit/credit card from the front entrance gazebo. There will also be one cash/card bar.
There is no cash machine on site. The nearest cash machines are at Hungerford, Chiseldon & Marlborough petrol stations. The local coop in Aldbourne offers cash back on purchases.

175ml wine 3 blue token
cocktail 4 blue token
bottle Prosecco or wine10 blue tokens each
(Ice bucket refundable deposits 3 blue tokens)
NB Tokens are non-refundable.
There will be three bars on site: nationwide cask ale bar, Ramsbury cocktail bar & Ramsbury events room bar. Soft drinks will be available at all bars.
Food & treats
We are delighted to be supporting Henry Farr catering, Chopping block catering, two new local food traders alongside Henry Farr catering, Spud Shack, Gurt Wings & Vanillo cookies at the Festival.
A small tuck shop will be available too. All traders & will be accepting cash or card.
Camping
Set up for weekend camping is 1pm – 6pm on Friday 6th & no later than 11am on Saturday 7th due to general parking taking place after then.
Strictly no naked flames allowed anywhere on site at any time. No noise after 11:30pm. All litter must be taken back with you. There are only basic temporary toilet facilities on the camping area. No water or grey/black waste facility.
Music
Live music from local musicians will be playing throughout the day. We are grateful to our sponsors BK Grain group for sponsoring the magnificent festival stage.

Toilets
Toilets are available in the main events room & a temporary portaloo trailer is located in the main car park next to the camping area for those staying overnight. A further toilet trailer will also be available at the main entrance.
Misbehaviour
Anyone found to be disturbing the enjoyment of other festival visitors, the Ramsbury brewing & distilling management reserve the right to ask you to leave. Should this be the case you will not be permitted to return to this years festival at any point.
The festival management reserve the right to call the police to remove anyone disrupting the event
First aid & emergency
Our first aid point is located at the main entrance
In case of an emergency, the meeting point is at the main car park/camping access point.
