Validity

Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

The expiry date is stated at the point of purchase.

Vouchers cannot be extended beyond the expiry date.
Redemption

Vouchers are redeemable only for the Ramsbury Bespoke Gin Experience.

Advance booking is required and is subject to availability.

To redeem, the voucher code must be provided at the time of booking.
Exclusions & Restrictions

Vouchers cannot be used for any other products, services, or events offered by Ramsbury Brewing & Distilling.

Vouchers are non-transferable and may only be used by the person named on the booking.

No cash alternative is available. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or change.
Cancellations & Amendments

Once a booking has been confirmed, changes may only be made at Ramsbury Brewing & Distilling’s discretion and are subject to availability.

If you fail to attend your booked experience without notice, your voucher will be deemed redeemed and will not be reissued.

Ramsbury Brewing & Distilling reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the experience in the event of unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, voucher holders will be offered an alternative date.
Age Restrictions

The Bespoke Gin Experience is strictly for participants aged 18 years and over.

Proof of age may be required. Ramsbury Brewing & Distilling reserves the right to refuse service without refund if suitable identification is not provided.
Health & Safety

Participants may be required to complete a brief health questionnaire before the experience.

Ramsbury Brewing & Distilling reserves the right to refuse participation without refund if:

The questionnaire is not completed, or
-
Responses indicate a health condition that may pose a risk to the individual or others.

Closed-toed footwear is mandatory. Entry may be refused without refund if appropriate footwear is not worn.

Participants must follow all safety instructions given by Ramsbury Brewing & Distilling staff at all times.
Liability

Ramsbury Brewing & Distilling accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers.

Vouchers cannot be replaced once issued.
General

Purchase or use of a voucher constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
