Saturday 1 – Sunday 9 November 2025
Brighton Cocktail Week returns this November, and one of the highlights is the Ramsbury Martini Trail – a self-guided tour of four of the city’s best bars, each serving their own take on the Ramsbury martini.
The Details
Across the week, you can drop into any of the participating venues to start your trail:
-
The Coal Shed, Clarence House, 30–31 North Street, BN1 1EB
12pm–12am (11:30pm close on Sunday) -
The Salt Room, 106 Kings Road, BN1 2FU
12pm–10pm (9pm close on Sunday) -
Burnt Orange, 59 Middle Street, BN1 1AL
12pm–10:30pm (Sun–Thu); 12pm–1am (Fri–Sat) -
Tutto, 20–22 Marlborough Place, BN1 1UB
12pm–10pm (Mon–Thu); 12pm–10:30pm (Fri–Sat); 12pm–9pm (Sun)
Each venue will be serving a Ramsbury martini priced at £9.50, made with spirits from the Ramsbury Estate in Wiltshire.
How It Works
Pick up a Ramsbury passport at your first stop, then collect a Polaroid photo at each bar along the way — a simple way to document your martini journey. Visit all four venues and Ramsbury will send you a complimentary bottle of Ramsbury Gin afterwards.
There’s no fixed order, so you can start wherever suits you. Just make sure to check each bar’s opening hours and consider booking ahead, especially at peak times.
