30 ml Ramsbury Gin
20 ml Red Vermouth
20 ml Campari

Orange wedge

Method

Step 1

Fill a mixing glass with cubed ice.

Step 2

Add all ingredients to the glass

Step 3

Stir until chilled & diluted

Step 4

Strain gently in to a rocks glass

Step 5

Garnish with an orange wedge and serve
