Ramsbury Walking Martini Tour – Terms & Conditions

 

 

1. Promoter
This promotion is organised and administered by Ramsbury Brewing & Distilling Co. Ltd, Stockclose Farm, Marlborough, Wiltshire, SN8 2NN (“Ramsbury”).

2. Eligibility

• Open to UK residents aged 18 or over only.

• Proof of age may be required.

• Employees of Ramsbury Brewing & Distilling Co. Ltd, its agents, affiliates, and their immediate families are excluded from entering.

3. How to Enter

• To participate, customers must:

  1. Collect a Ramsbury Passport during London Cocktail Week 2025.

  2. Complete the Ramsbury Walking Martini Tour by collecting all four (4) stamps/photos in the Passport from the participating venues listed below.

  3. Share a photo of the completed Passport on Instagram, tagging @Ramsbury_Distillery in the post.

  4. Contact @Ramsbury_Distillery via Instagram with a private message.

• One entry per person. Multiple entries will not be accepted.

4. Participating Venues
The Ramsbury Walking Martini Tour can be completed only at the following participating venues:

• Dram – 7 Denmark St, London WC2H 8LZ. Opening hours: 6pm – 11:30pm (12:30am on Friday/Saturday).

• Bantof – 31 Great Windmill St, London W1D 7LW. Opening hours: 4pm – 12:30am (closed Monday).

• Muse at the RSA House – 18 Adam St, London WC2N 6AA. Opening hours: 4pm – 11pm (closed Saturday/Sunday).

• Archive & Myth – Hippodrome Casino, Cranbourn St, London WC2H 7JH. Opening hours: 6pm – 12am Tuesday/Wednesday; 6pm – 2am Thursday – Saturday; closed Sunday/Monday.

5. The Reward

• Upon valid completion, entrants will be eligible to receive one (1) complimentary bottle of Ramsbury Gin. Maximum 50 bottles to be sent, this is on a first come, first serve basis.

• Rewards are strictly subject to availability and will be fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis.

• No cash or other alternative is available.

6. Closing Date

• All entries must be completed and shared by 23:59 on 31st October 2025.

• Entries received after this time will not be accepted.

7. Verification & Fulfilment

• Ramsbury reserves the right to verify entries, including proof of Passport completion and valid tagging of @Ramsbury_Distillery.

• Rewards will be fulfilled as instructed by Ramsbury, either via collection at designated venues or via delivery (details provided to successful participants).

8. General Conditions

• Ramsbury accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed, incomplete, or corrupted entries due to technical failures or otherwise.

• Ramsbury reserves the right to substitute the reward with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.

• Ramsbury reserves the right to withdraw, suspend, or amend the promotion at any time if necessary, without prior notice.

• The decision of Ramsbury is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

9. Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ramsbury accepts no liability for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment incurred as a result of entering or participating in the promotion.

10. Data Protection

• Any personal data provided will be processed in accordance with Ramsbury’s Privacy Policy, available at www.ramsbury.com/privacy.

• Data will only be used for the administration of this promotion unless consent is given for further marketing.

11. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
