Spiced Cosmopolitan

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice, shake hard. Double strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Spiced Syrup Recipe:
Add 1 Cinnamon Stick, 8 cloves, 8 Peppercorns, 1 star anise to the sugar and water and simmer on a low heat for 5 minutes. Pour contents into a sterilised bottle.

40ml Ramsbury Single Estate Vodka
20ml Triple Sec
20ml Cranberry juice
15ml Lime juice
10ml Spiced Sugar Syrup (1 Cinnamon Stick, 8 cloves, 8 Peppercorns, 1 star anise)
250 grams of sugar
500ml water
