With natural raspberry juice and luxurious wildflower honey, all sourced from Ramsbury’s Estate, your taste buds will come alive, whether you choose to enjoy it in a classic Gin & Tonic or one of Ramsbury’s recommended cocktail concoctions. Just like our single estate gin and vodka, our Raspberry and Wildflower Honey Gin is distilled with our own wheat grown on the Ramsbury Estate.

The details
Our bottles are lovely, but they’re also an homage to our estate. To a way of doing things that make sense and protects our land. To our environmentally conscious process. Each bottle is marked with coordinates, so you can picture the ancient Wiltshire countryside as you sip, and look up the exact field where your bottle was born.
The coordinates are also functional. You can visit our farm and distillery on a tour, or put your academic hat on at our gin school. Don’t worry, there’s no quiz.

We take great pride in our commitment to sustainability which is at the core of everything we do on the Ramsbury Estate, where we continuously explore innovative ways to enhance our environmental practices, and to nurture our land and support local wildlife.🌳
This year we have undertaken to take part in quite a different couch to 5K by planting 5 kilometers of hedging, so far we have successfully planted 2,083 meters. 30 of the wildlife species listed as priorities under the government’s Biodiversity Action Plan (BAP) live and thrive in hedgerows which play an important role on farm land, ensuring soils remain healthy and reducing the impacts of drought and flooding. Hedgerows also play a significant part in climate control through carbon storage, the Forest Canopy Foundation state hedges sequester carbon in roots, leaf litter & wood growth above ground. When planted across slopes they can capture eroding soil and it is estimated that 1 km of well managed hawthorn hedgerow can store 3.24t of Carbon / year.
