French Martini

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice, shake hard. Double strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with 3 drops of Angostura bitters.

50ml Ramsbury Raspberry and Wild Honey Gin
25ml Manzana Verde
30ml Honey Syrup
10ml Sugar Syrup
20ml Lemon juice
15ml Egg white or aquafaba
