We like to think so. We go really out of the way to try to do things in the most environmentally conscious way possible – we recycle, refill and repurpose as much as possible. We grow nearly everything ourselves (including the winter wheat which makes up our spirits). Traceability and sustainability are at the core of our operations, with waste products reused on the estate in a closed loop system.
