Estate Toddy

Ingredients

50ml Ramsbury Single Estate Gin
60ml Hot Water
20ml  Lemon Juice
20ml Monin Cinnamon Syrup
5ml Honey

Garnish: Slice of lemon and star anise
Glassware: latte glasses or other heatproof glasses

Method

Add all of the ingredients, apart from the water, into a heat proof glass. Top with hot water and stir until all the ingredients have dissolved. Garnish with a slice of lemon and star anise.
