Add all ingredients to shaker with ice. Use a roll technique (rotate the tins over and over) several times to create dilution. Pour in to glass filled with fresh ice cubes.
50ml Ramsbury Single Estate Gin
100ml Tomato Juice
5ml Pickled Onion Brine
Pinch of sea salt
10 dashes of Worcestershire sauce
5 dashes of hot sauce
Rosemary, basil and a slice of chilli
