Bloody Mary

Fill a shaker with ice. Add all ingredients and rotate the shaker several times. Pour in to a highball glass filled with fresh ice cubes. Garnish with a sprig of celery and a green olive wrapped in a lemon wheel. Stir and Serve.

Ingredients

50ml Ramsbury Single Estate Gin
100ml Tomato juice
10ml Lemon juice
5ml Olive brine
5 fresh Basil leaves
Pinch of celery salt
10 dashes of Worcestershire sauce
5 dashes of Tobasco (or to taste)

Garnish

Celery
Green Olives
Lemon
