You can now experience a slice of Ramsburyās 19,000-acre countryside estate at the Ramsbury Riverside Retreat at Jimmyās BBQ Club, on London’s Southbank.

A Very Limited Edition- 500 bottles
We are delighted to announce the launch of our new limited-edition Platinum Celebration Vodka for Queen Elizabeth IIās Platinum Jubilee. The perfect purchase for your bank holiday weekend celebrations or it would make an ideal gift or keepsake for those hosting their own special festivities.
The Limited Edition has been produced using Clare wheat, which was grown in 2015 and distilled in 2016. It was the last year Ramsbury Estate grew Clare wheat on the farm, which is why there is a very limited edition of only 500 bottles. The Clare wheat produces a much more clean and crisp sensation, with a smooth, soft biscuit finish. Whilst the current Ramsbury Single Estate Vodka, made with Horatio and Spotlight wheat, has a sweet and more buttery profile.

Single Estate simply means that the complete process from field to bottle takes place on the Ramsbury Estate in Wiltshire. We sow, grow and distil the primary ingredients ourselves, monitoring each step from planting and growing, to harvesting and distilling. 18 Mint leaves

Method:
Add all ingredients plus cubed ice to a pitcher.

Ingredients
50ml Ramsbury Single Estate Gin
15ml Lemon juice
10ml Ginger Liqueur
10ml Ramsbury Estate honey syrup
Lemon disc
Method:
Make the honey syrup by adding equal parts of honey and water to a small saucepan and heat until the honey has completely dissolved. Cool before using.
Add all ingredients to shaker with ice.
Shake and fine strain into chilled glass.
Garnish with a lemon disc and for that sweet finish, drizzle with honey.

To brew & distil our award-winning products we source our water from an aquifer 150m below. When distilling spirits, the cooling process approximately uses 1,500L of water per hour. Here at Ramsbury we recycle the water and use it for cleaning e.g. casks, floors, and tanks. That wastewater is recycled a second time through our reedbed system to feed our lake which supports local wildlife.
We are inspired from the Wiltshire landscape surrounding us, so we work towards being the most sustainable we can be.
