Ingredients

50ml Ramsbury Single Estate Gin
25ml Monin Winter Spice Syrup
Topped with Fever-Tree Clementine Tonic Water

Garnish: Cinnamon stick and orange wedge

Glassware: Copa

Method

Fill the glass with ice. Add all ingredients and top Fever-Tree Clementine Tonic Water. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and orange wedge.
