Ingredients

50ml Ramsbury Single Estate Gin
25ml Fresh lime juice
15ml Sugar Syrup
10-15 Fresh mint leaves
Garnished with a mint leaf

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice, shake hard. Double strain into a chilled glass, and garnish with a mint leaf
