Ramsbury Gin & Ginger

Ingredients

50ml Ramsbury Single Estate Gin
150ml Ginger Beer/Ale
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Squeeze of fresh lime

Fill glass with ice, add all ingredients and top with ginger ale or beer and garnish with Star Anise and lime wheel.
