Ramsbury Gibson

Ingredients

50ml Ramsbury Single Estate Vodka
15ml Lustau vermouth
10ml Onion brine
5ml Cornichons brine
Garnish with pickled onion

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass filled with cubed ice, stir until chilled and diluted, strain gently in to a chilled martini glass, and garnish with a pickled onion.
