Passionfruit Martini

Fill a shaker with ice and add all the ingredients. Shake hard and double strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with half a passion fruit and serve.

40ml Vanilla infused Ramsbury Single Estate Vodka (2 pods cut, scraped and added to a 70cl bottle for at least 24 hours)
40ml Passion fruit puree
20ml Passoa
5ml Lime juice
