What is Single Estate?
Single Estate simply means that the complete process from field to bottle takes place on the Ramsbury Estate in Wiltshire. We sow, grow and distil the primary ingredients ourselves, monitoring each step from planting and growing, to harvesting and distilling. In doing this, we ensure that these practices are as environmentally friendly as possible.

Our story
At Ramsbury we are firstly farmers and we use our deep-rooted understanding that the more we care for the landscape around us, the more it will give us. Situated amongst the 19,000 acres of land, the Ramsbury estate, is our distillery.

Add to a mixing glass filled with cubed ice 50ml Ramsbury Vodka, 15ml Lustau vermouth, 10ml Pickled onion brine and 5ml Cornichons brine. Stir until chilled and diluted. Strain gently in to a chilled martini glass and garnish with a pickled onion.

Pinch of Salt
Fresh Nutmeg
Method:
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake and double strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with grated nutmeg.
