What is Single Estate?
Single Estate simply means that the complete process from field to bottle takes place on the Ramsbury Estate in Wiltshire. We sow, grow and distil the primary ingredients ourselves, monitoring each step from planting and growing, to harvesting and distilling. Our story
At Ramsbury we are firstly farmers and we use our deep-rooted understanding that the more we care for the landscape around us, the more it will give us. Situated amongst the 19,000 acres of land, the Ramsbury estate, is our distillery.

Ingredients (for 5 serves):
175ml Ramsbury Single Estate Gin
175ml sweet vermouth
75ml Aperol
750ml ginger ale
Quarter of a cucumber in ribbons
Half an apple sliced
Half a lemon sliced
5 strawberries sliced
5 sprigs of mint
Method:
Fill a large jug with ice & add all ingredients.
Top with ginger ale and garnish with the fresh fruit and mint.
Serve in individual highball glasses.

Ingredients to create a Ramsbury Hive-Ball:
50ml Ramsbury Single Estate Vodka
10ml Lemon Juice
10ml Ramsbury Estate honey syrup
Top with Soda water
Method:
To make the Ramsbury Estate honey syrup, add equal parts of honey (250g) and water (250ml) in a small saucepan and heat until the honey is completely dissolved.
Cool and store in an airtight container and keep refrigerated.
Fill a glass with ice. Add all ingredients to the glass and top with soda water. Garnish with lemon zest and a sprig of rosemary. Enjoy!
