Why has the gin recipe changed?

Here at The Ramsbury Estate, we continuously challenge our processes and recipes to ensure that they are of the highest quality and lowest environmental impact. As such, we recently identified the need to review our Single Estate Gin recipe and have added five new botanicals to our London Dry Gin recipe; cardamom, bitter almond, hops, grains of paradise and grapefruit. We have achieved a perfect balance of the 14 botanicals, whilst ensuring that our defining botanical, quince, is still a highlight as well as the juniper and citrus notes. This creates an exquisite London Dry Gin with a modern twist.
