Ingredients

25ml Ramsbury Single Estate Gin
25ml Cointreau
25ml Lillet Blanc
25ml Fresh lemon juice
Dash of absinthe
Garnished with orange peel

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice, shake hard. Double strain into a chilled glass, and garnish with a mint leaf
