Our recipe for extraordinary flavour is simple: farmer’s intuition, forward-thinking technology, and a stubborn passion for getting things right. Ramsbury spirits aren’t the fastest, easiest or most convenient to make. But we’re proud of that. Because good things take time. And good things are worth waiting for.
In our eyes, the journey to mastery is always a worthy pursuit. Whether you’re finessing a long monologue or a great gin, the spring in the step belongs only to you. And as long as you’re true to yourself, you’re never out of place.

Sustainable gin and vodka
People that taste our spirits assume that we’re master distillers. That distilling is our life’s calling. That we’ve abandoned all other pursuits.
But we’re also farmers, bird-watchers, professors (of a gin school), brewers and guardians of land. We make our sustainable gin and vodka on a single estate in the heart of the rolling North Wessex Downs, where we strive to be as environmentally friendly as possible. Come visit us, if you like. It’s very pretty.

Add all the ingredients to a glass filled with ice. Top with soda and garnish with lemon and lime.
50ml Ramsbury Vodka
35ml Creme de Peche
25ml Lemon juice
25ml Sugar syrup
Mexican lime Soda
Lemon and Lime wheel

One of our favourites....The Gibson! Here`s how to make yours:
Add to a mixing glass filled with cubed ice 50ml Ramsbury Vodka, 15ml Lustau vermouth, 10ml Pickled onion brine and 5ml Cornichons brine. Stir until chilled and diluted. Strain gently in to a chilled martini glass and garnish with a pickled onion.

Add 30ml Ramsbury Gin and 15ml elderflower liqueur to a glass. Top with English sparkling wine. Garnish with a lemon ribbon and enjoy.

Sustainability is at the heart of the Ramsbury Estate, and nothing goes to waste. Wood from our woodland, that`s not of sufficient quality for construction industry or firewood, is processed & chipped to feed our biomass boiler that heats the water during our brewing & distilling process.🍻 Hand crafted from grain to glass.🌾
